I had a wonderful stay at Secrets Huatulco! The location was superb, nestled in a beautiful bay with stunning views. The rooms were spacious and cozy, providing a perfect retreat. The service was top-notch, from a fantastic poolside experience to attentive staff making every moment special. However, the dining options were a bit lacking, with limited choices at the buffet. Overall, a fantastic value for an unforgettable holiday experience.

The room I stayed in, although a bit dated and run down, offered a stunning ocean view and was meticulously maintained by the housekeeping staff. Despite showing some signs of age, the room was spacious and comfortable. The service at the hotel was exceptional, with staff members like Allen, Elisa, Jorge, Oswald, Patricia, Alexis, Didier, and Chef Daniel going above and beyond to make my vacation memorable. However, the dining experience left something to be desired with some service issues and a limited selection. The location of the hotel, nestled in a beautiful bay with breathtaking views, was truly outstanding for a relaxing beach getaway. While there were some great features like an undeveloped bay nearby, the strict attire rules in the heat were a downside. Despite some shortcomings, the hotel provided good value for a beach vacation.
